Car Wash Maintenance Technician

Wash N' Roll is an express car wash that is rapidly expanding in the Indiana market. We have over 50 locations across TN, GA, AL and have recently began our expansion into Indiana in Camby, Fort Wayne and Lafayette. Our 2nd Lafayette location just opened in December, and we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and grow with us.

As our Car Wash Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our equipment running flawlessly. Your work ensures that every customer enjoys a safe, efficient, and high-quality wash. From preventative maintenance to quick troubleshooting, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps our operations flowing without a hitch.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on car wash machinery, conveyors, pumps, and water systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues quickly to minimize downtime.

• Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.

• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance without disrupting customer service.

• Keep accurate maintenance logs and report recurring issues to management.

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with manufacturer guidelines.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance CAR WASH EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on safety and quality.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including OVERNIGHTS AND WEEKENDS, to handle urgent repairs.
