Sales Representative — Wash N’ Roll

Locations: Huntsville, Madison, Athens, and Meridianville, Alabama

Wash N’ Roll is hiring outgoing, dependable Sales Representatives! If you enjoy talking to people, working outdoors, and earning commission, we want to hear from you.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• $15 per hour plus commission. 
• Opportunity to earn approximately $150+ per week in commission, depending on sales performance. Commission is not guaranteed.
• Typically scheduled 40–50 hours per week.
• Health insurance benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Explain wash packages and Fast Pass membership benefits.
• Help customers select the best option for their needs.
• Sell memberships and work toward sales goals.
• Keep customer interactions professional, efficient, and welcoming.
• Work closely with the site team to provide a great customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence approaching customers and starting conversations.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependability, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working outdoors and staying active during shifts.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
