What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and confidence
- Respond to customer emails and account inquiries
- Assist with membership updates, account changes, and service questions
- Work within our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with a team that supports and pushes each other to improve

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule working 4 days per week (10-hour shifts) or 5 days per week (8 hour shifts) !
- $17.00 hourly plus commission.
- PTO, Insurance, and Paid Holidays.
